CONTRACTOR lnLlst communicate to the businesses that it rnay take up to 4 months to receive <br />payment from ECOLOGY after purchase and that the business must respond to inquiries from <br />ECOLOGY or the Office of Financial Management (OFM) in a timely manner to avoid delays in <br />payment. <br />. Business purchases approved product or equipment and converts fully to utilization of new <br />product or equipment in accordance with the eligibility criteria for the PRP reimbursement. <br />o Business subnrits receipts for the product or equipment purchase and installation to ECOLOGY's <br />PRP Coordinator.
