CONTRACTOR lnLlst communicate to the businesses that it rnay take up to 4 months to receive payment from ECOLOGY after purchase and that the business must respond to inquiries from ECOLOGY or the Office of Financial Management (OFM) in a timely manner to avoid delays in payment. . Business purchases approved product or equipment and converts fully to utilization of new product or equipment in accordance with the eligibility criteria for the PRP reimbursement. o Business subnrits receipts for the product or equipment purchase and installation to ECOLOGY's PRP Coordinator. This submittalmay be facilitated through the CONTRACTOR's representative for some PRP projects. o CONTRACTORS rnay be requested by ECOLOGY to verifz thror,rgh a site visit and review of records that product or equipment has been installed per PPA Specialist or ECOLOGY recornrnendations, old product or equipment has been legally disposed of or decommissiorred, and all other eligibility criteria have been met.
