During this Plan update, the <br />ongoing mitigation actions were modified and/or amended, as needed, to better define the action. <br />• In Progress/In Work Mitigation Actions: These actions were included in the previous update <br />and are underway during this Plan update. These actions have not been completed. <br />• Completed Mitigation Actions: Completed actions since the previous plan iteration. <br />• Deferred/Delayed Mitigation Actions: Actions are deferred when risk cannot be validated, or <br />additional time is needed to validate the potential impacts and benefits of the action. <br />• Deleted/No Longer Needed Mitigation Actions: These actions are no longer relevant or <br />applicable because other mitigation actions addressed the mitigating need, or the hazard <br />vulnerability changed resulting in reduced risk. <br />5.3.1.
