Payment details: <br />TOTAL ESTIMATED COST FROM CITY FOR ELECTRIC UTILITY SYSTEM $99,892.71 <br />LESS LINE EXTENSION AND SERVICE CREDITS ($800.00) <br />NEW SERVICE SALES TAX 1.5% <br />$1,486.39 <br />TOTAL AMOUNT TO BE PAID BY DEVELOPER TO CITY $100,579.10 <br />3. At Developer expense, the Developer provides the labor, equipment and materials <br />associated with the excavation and restoration required to install the electrical primary <br />and secondary distribution vault and conduit system, including street lighting facilities, <br />as described in the Agreement. <br />4. A City Light Inspector will inspect any and all excavation for City facilities. City Light shall <br />invoice the Developer the total amount of hours the City Light Inspector(s) spend(s) <br />inspecting the Developers work as described previously in the Agreement. City Light will <br />not approve the final Development permit through the City of Ellensburg Community <br />Development Department until all of the Inspection Fees have been paid. <br />5. Any bonds that are held by the City for the construction of this development will not be <br />released until the system has been completed and accepted by the City Light <br />Department. <br />6.
