Dated this ,.�_7 day of 2025. <br />If construction of the electrical primary, secondary, and street light system has not been completed after <br />one year of the effective date this agreement will expire. If the Developer desires to renew the agreement <br />the Developer will be subject to revised costs, requirements and specifications as determined by City <br />standards current at the time of renewal. <br />Developer Agreement for an Electrical Vault and Conduit System: <br />Developer, by his/her signature below, agrees to pay the amount shown above prior to the start of <br />construction and agrees to pay for all actual costs above the estimated cost.
