being rescinded for the Oddfellows project,the committee was able to recommend both <br /> projects to the BOCC. <br /> • In May, HAHC participated in a process facilitated by Robin H Read to gather input for the <br /> Kittitas County Five Year Homelessness and Affordable Housing plan. <br /> • KCPHD staff is in the process of tracking down data for the committee, including funds that <br /> have been spent in the last ten years to show distribution of funds within the county. <br /> 1/10th of 1%Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Tax Advisory Board (1/10th Board) <br /> • The board has one vacancy that remains open for a resident living in District 2. <br /> • KCPHD has finalized information for 1/10`h funding around language in the Revised Code of <br /> Washington. Purpose and goals for 2025-2026 have also been completed. <br /> • The next RFP is on target for publishing at the end of June 2025. <br /> • KCPHD has clarification on new and expanded projects for funding via the Kittitas County <br /> Prosecutor, since RCW language is broad. <br /> Developmental Disabilities <br /> • KCPHD completed the contractually required evaluations for Developmental Disabilities <br /> Administration (DDA) subcontractors Elmview and for Compass. Compass has follow up <br /> actions that are due to KCPHD by the end of June 2025. <br /> • Millage is ready for distribution and is waiting on logistics of distribution via advisement <br /> from Kittitas County prosecutor. <br /> • The Developmental Disabilities Advisory Committee(DDAC)filled their final vacancy for the <br /> committee in June. <br /> • There are several resource fairs on the horizon to connect people with disabilities with <br /> services available as well as help with navigating program enrollment.These events will be <br /> helpful as we work towards the goal of increasing enrollment for DDA services and <br /> awareness of support available. <br /> o Wednesday May 141h Seedlings Community Resource Fair 5pm—7pm <br /> o Thursday May 151h CWDR Transition Fair at EHS 3pm—5:30pm <br /> o Wednesday May 21"EHS Career Fair 7:30am-1lam <br /> o Wednesday May 21"CRHS Career Fair 5pm—7pm <br /> • The Job Foundations and School to Work programs are preparing ways to connect with <br /> school districts,teachers and families for the 2025/2026 school year. <br /> • As part of the Kittitas County Developmental Disabilities Plan, DDAC released a survey in <br /> June about recreation for people with disabilities. <br /> Veterans Advisory Board <br /> The Veterans Advisory Board formed a subcommittee to interview applicants for their board <br /> vacancy.
