Contractor is responsible for obtalning and completing all requlred government forms <br />and submltting same to the proper authorlties. <br />Dleputes regarding prevailing wage ratee shall be refened for arbltration to the Director <br />of the Departmentof Labor and lndustrles. The arbilration decision shall be final and <br />conclusive and blnding on all parties involved ln the dispute as provided for by RCW <br />39.12.060. <br />32.
