The Gonhactor shatl take such actlon with respect to <br />this Agreement as may bo requlred to ensure fullcompliance wlth <br />local, state and federal laws prohlblting disoriminatlon in employment. <br />30,3 Nondiscrlminatio"n in Servhes <br />The Contractor will not dlecdminate against any rcclplent of any services <br />or benefits provided for ln this Agreement on the grounds of race, <br />creed, color, national origin, $ex, $exualorientatlon, marital statue, age or <br />the prosence of any sensory, mental or physical handlcap. <br />30.4 lf any a$signm€nt and/or subcontracting has been authorized by the <br />County, said asslgnment or subsontract shall lnclude appropriate <br />safeguatds against discriminatlon. The Conhactor shall take such <br />action as may be required to ensure full compllance with the <br />provisiont in the lmmedlately preceding paragraphs hetein, <br />31, Ptevailinq Wage: <br />Contractor shall pay the prevailing rate of wages to all workers, laborers, or mechanics <br />employed in the performance of any part of the Work in accordancewith RCW 39.12 <br />and the rulea and regulations of the Department of Labor and lndustries.
