Miscellangous: 27.1 The Gounty's failuro or delay to insist upon etrlct perforrnance of any of the provlslons of thls Agroement or trr exercise any rlghts or iemedies under lhis. Agrcement shall not be oonotrued as a waiver or rellnquishment to any extent of its right to assert or roly upon any such prcvisions, ilghts or remedies ln hat or any other lnstance; rather the same shall be and rernain in full force and effect. 27.2 This Agreement embodies the entire Agreernent bstween the County and Gontractor, and supersedes any and all pdor agreements, regading the Work. No change, amendment or modiflcation of any pruvisions of thls Agreement shall be valid unless set furth in a writtren instrument signed by the partyto be bound thereby. 27.3 The rights and remedies of the County set forth in any provision of this Agreement are in addition to and do not ln any way llmlt any other rights of remedies afforded to the County by any othor prnvisions of this Agreement, by any of Contradofs $upport or by law. 27.4 The headlngs of eections and paragruphs of this Agreement are for convenience of nsferonce only and arc not lntonded to restrict, affect or be of anywelght in the interpretatlon oraonstructlon of the provisions of such sections or paragraphs. 28. Wg,l"v.er: Walver of any breach or condftlon of this Agreernent shall not bo deemed a walver of any prior or subsequeni breaoh. No terms or conditions of this Agreernont shall be held to be walved, modifled or deleted except by an instrument, in writing, eigned hy the parties hereto. 29. suruvql: The provlslons of paragraphs 7, g, 11, 13, 14, 1 5, 1 6, 17, 18, 1 g, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 28, 30, 31, and 32 shall survive, notwithstanding the terrnination or invalidity of thls Agreement for any reason, 30.
