The Contractor shall not be entitled to additlonal componsatlon whtch otheruviss may be payable, or to extonsion of tlrns for (1) any act or fallure to act by the County, or (2) the happening of any ovent or oocurrcnce, unlesu the Gontractor has glven the County a written Notice of Potential Clalm within ten (10) days of the commencement of the act, fallure, or event glving rlse to the claim, and before flnal payment by the County. The wrltten Notice of Potentlal Claim shall set forth the reasons fur whioh the Contractor believes additional compensation or extension of time ls due, ttre nature of the cost involved, and insofaras possible, the amountofthe potentialclalm. Ggnfldentlallty: Tho Contractor, lts employees, subOontractors, and thelr employees shall malntain the confldentiality of all lnformatlon provided by the County or acqulred by the Contractor in performance of this Agmement, except upon the prlorwriften coneent of the Klttitas County Pmsecuting Attomey or an order entered by a court affer having acquired jurisdlctlon over the County. Gontractor shall lmmediately givo to the County notice of any Judiclal proceedlnge seelcing disclosure of such information, Contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless the County, its Additional lnsureds, officials, agents and employees from all loss or exponso, lncluding, but not llmited to settlements, judgments, setoffu, attorneys'fees and aosts resulting from Contractor"s breach of thls provislon. To the extent that any lnformation obtalned by the Contractor is required to be shared with or provided to others by the terms of the Statement of the Work, thls ptovision is not breached by such acts. 25.
