The board of <br />county commissioners and the county sherrff's depar.tmeni hatre received numerous citizen s <br />complaints regarcling noise and believe such noise constitutes a publrc disturbance Specral <br />conditions within the county make necessary any and all ciifferences between this chapter anci <br />regulaiions adcptec! by ihe Department of Ecology <br />9.45.030 Public disturbance - noise unlawful whes'1. <br />i lt is unlawful for an;; petson to make, contintte, cr caLlse to be macle cr continlted or any <br />petson owning or in possession of property to make, continue, or caLlse to be made or <br />continued or allcw to originate fi'om the property any sound which: <br />a. ls plainly audrble within any dwelling unit which is not the soLlrce of the <br />sound or is generated within two hundred feet of any dwelling r-tnit, and, <br />b.
