The provisions of this chapter shall be cumulatirre, nonexclustve' and <br />supplementary, and shall not affect any oiher remedy including without limrtation, the provisions of <br />Chapter 70 107 RCW 2016i <br />9.45.060 Violation - PenaltY. <br />Any person who violates the provisicns of this chapter, shall, upon a finding of havi <br />crvil rnfraction thereof, be punished by a civil penalty in the amount of $100 forthe <br />l,-r 1 : 4., <br />:1-, tl 2a15, ),,-i <br />ng committed the <br />first offense, $250 <br />for the second offense, and s5c0 for each offense thereafter ( <br />')a l 2C16,4 1a- <br />2016) <br />9.45.07@ Variances. <br />From time to time, upon application to the boarcl of county commissioners' fr-trther specific <br />exemptions may be granted to this chapter on a fact and date specific basis An example is the <br />request for and grunilng of a festival permit All such exemptions shall be made throurgh proper <br />applicatron to the board of county commissioners and in conformance with existing prcvisions of the <br />Kittrtas County Code, as it now exists, or as arnended in the future.
