and appointed officials, officers, and employeesfrom and against any and all liability <br />which may accrue to or be sustained by Kittitas county, except forthe sole negligence <br />and willful misconduct of Kittitas County and rts employees' <br />A certificate of insurance, and accompanying endorsement, shall be filed with the <br />county prior to the issuance of the permit which names Kittitas county, its officers and <br />employees, as an additronal insured party with respect to activities in connection with <br />this permit for no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence The county shall approve the <br />certificate and may impose other insurance requirements, as deemed necessary by the <br />cou nty. <br />201 B) <br />5.20.110 Posting. <br />The ordinance codified in this chapter shall at all times be kept posted in a conspicuous place where <br />an enteftainment, amusement, sporting event, or show or assembly of persons wherein the primary <br />purpose will be entertainment, amusement, sporting event, or show is berng conducted (ord' 2009- <br />22,2009,Ord.9906, 1999; Ord. 92-17,1992,Ord' 69 11$ 12'Vol O' p 131' 1969) <br />2
