IiVV 601W First Aye,Ste 1300 <br />Spokane,WA 99201,USAEngineers509.838.9020 <br />mwengineers.com <br />POTENTIONAL SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES PROPOSED FEES:We propose to provide the below supplemental <br />engineering services for a fixed fee based on the estimates in the following fee matrix. <br />I’ii*HI IJ!l1tI lYA[I*.— <br />Design I CA <br />Description Split Mechanical Electrical Total <br />Energy Life Cycle Cost Analysis (ELCCA)100/0 $7,530 $300 $7,830 <br />Subtotal $7,530 $300 $7,830 <br />POTENTIAL SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES:The following are descriptions of potential extra services that might be <br />desired for this project that are not included in the basic services fee. <br />ENERGY LIFE CYCLE COST ANALYSIS (ELCCA):Provide Energy Life Cycle Cost Analysis energy modeling in <br />accordance with the ELCCA guidelines and Washington State Legislature.The ELCCA will look at (3)HVAC <br />options to compare over a 50-year life cycle.This typically occurs in design development phase.Provide <br />energy modeling assistance to support architectural system evaluations for the LCCA report. <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES:Reimbursable expenses will be billed at cost plus 10%and include those items described <br />below. <br />Electrical I Total <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSE ALLOWANCE <br />____________ <br />Travel Expenses —8 Trips <br />Mechanical <br />$1,200 <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSE ALLOWANCE:The following are descriptions of potential reimbursable expenses that are <br />required for this project and are not included in the basic services fee. <br />TRAVEL EXPENSES:This project is located more than 50 miles from Spokane,WA.Therefore, <br />reimbursable expenses are anticipated for travel to the project site.The assumed quantity of combined <br />MEP trips is (2)for Design Phase,(4)for Construction Phase and (2)for Closeout Phase. <br />FEE ASSUMPTIONS: <br />1.Agreement is in accordance with AlA document C401-2017,Standard Form of Agreement Between <br />Architect and Consultant. <br />2.MACC will not exceed $12.3M.If the project MACC is increased,the design fees will be renegotiated to align <br />with the increased MACC. <br />3.Should changes to the MACC occur due to construction funding allocations that necessitate modified scope <br />and re-design,we assume that this fee would be renegotiated. <br />4.If inflation due to unpredictable market conditions necessitates redesigning to value engineer the project, <br />we assume that this fee would be renegotiated. <br />5.If equipment lead times or manufacturer changes necessitate redesign or reselection of equipment once <br />submittals are completed,a supplemental service request will be submitted at that time. <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />$1,200 $2,400
