ARTICLE 7: VOTING <br />The Chair or Vice-Chair may cat[ for non-binding, advisory votes on any project issue or matter being <br />considered by CSC, which can be inctuded in any report or recommendation provided to the BoCC <br />and/or the Management Team. <br />The Chair or Vice-Chair may catt for votes regarding any CSC administrative or governance issue or <br />matter. <br />Each CSC member shatt be entitted to one vote. Proxyvoting is atlowed. <br />ARTICLE 7: COUNTY PROSECUTOR/LEGAL REVIEW <br />The County Prosecuting Attorney's CSC membership and invotvement is for purposes of risk- <br />management assessment, and not for tegat review. CSC recommendations or advisory input do not <br />impLy tegat approvat, and any required tegat review thereof shatl be obtained outside of CSC <br />proceedings via tegat-request procedures established by the Prosecutor's Office. <br />ARTICLE 9: SUBCOMM ITTEES <br />CSC may, from time to time, estabtish subcommittees or ad hoc committees; and define their <br />powers, duties, duration, and appoint their members. <br />ARTICLE 10: AMENDING THE BYLAWS <br />The bytaws may be amended by a favorable vote of at least 2/3 of lhe designated CSC members. <br />CentraI Services Comm ittee Byl.aws- <br />December 4,2024 Page 3 of 5
