Monitoring Well BS Plans and Specifications <br />1#iStitas County Solid waste <br />1.4.3.2 Itriplementation Requirements <br />In the event that hazardous material is encountered during the course of the Work, regardless of <br />whether or not the material is shown in the Plans, the implementation of the CONTRACTOR'S SPCCP <br />shall be included in the scope of the Work and shall be carried out by the CONTRACTOR. <br />The CONTRACTOR shall maintain, at the job site, the applicable equipment and material designated <br />in the SPCCP. <br />1.4.4 Notice Of Intent / One Call Utility Notification <br />The CONTRACTOR shall provide verification of the notice of intent submitted to Ecology in <br />accordance with WAC 173-160-420 and to the GEOLOGIST prior to commencement of work . The <br />Notice of Intent to construct a well must be submitted 72 hours in advance of work as noted in <br />Section 2.2.1. The CONTRACTOR shall complete the report <br />in accordance with WAC 173-160 without reliance on data recorded by the GEOLOGIST. <br />1.5 Miscellaneous <br />There is no water supply available at the Facility. The Facility is supplied water by a water truck. <br />Portable restrooms are available at the Facility for use of the CONTRACTOR for the duration of the <br />project. <br />The Professional Services Agreement In Appendix B has additional contracting conditions for this <br />wor k. <br />February2025 1 553-1763-010 <br />
