The Shallow Aquifer below the facility is perched above the Vantage <br />Interbed and is the target zone for the new monitoring well. Sheet A-S in Appendix A and cross <br />sections in the work plan in Appendix C display the anticipated detailed geology for the proposed well. <br />1.2.2 Items included in the Work <br />The CONTRACTOR shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supplies, and <br />incidentals required to complete all Work items, <br />1. 2.3 Plan Sheets <br />Plan sheets are included in Appendix A. <br />Sheet A-1 is a cover Sheet showing the general location of the project. <br />Sheet A-2 is a site map showing an aerial photograph of the landfill and approximate drilling location. <br />Sheet A-3 displays the details of the drilling and construction requirements of the monitoring well. <br />1.3 Schedule <br />The CONTRACTOR may inspect the project site prior to mobilization. An Initial Site Inspection with the <br />CONTRACTOR, GEOLOGIST, and OWNER will be completed prior to mobilization on a selected date <br />prior to the pre -construction meeting. <br />The standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Additional hours <br />can be arranged, as needed. If the CONTRACTOR requires changes to the planned drilling schedule, <br />they will provide a minimum notification of 48 hours and OYVNER approval. <br />Substantial Completion and Physical Completion shall be achieved within the work order Times <br />specified In the Agreement. Substantial Completion for the project Is defined as completion of all <br />Work including well drilling, construction, and development. Physical completion is defined as <br />completion of all site cleanup activities and delivery of final submittals. <br />The Contractor shall be mobilized for the start of drilling for this project by March 17, 2025 unless <br />approved by the OWNER. <br />February 2025 1553-1763-010 <br />
