Amendment 6 <br />SCJ ALLIANCE March 18, 2025 <br />CONSULTING SERVICES Page 7 of 7 <br />Task 6 Geotechnical Services <br />This phase consists of having Geotechnical Services conducted on the site to support the project development. <br />See attached scope of work and fee for further information and deliverables. <br />Task 7 Cultural Resources Survey <br />This phase consists of reserving a budget for Cultural Resource Services to either amend an existing assessment <br />or complete a full cultural report for the full buildout of the RV Site. Plateau is working with DAHP to confirm the <br />method and will provide a scope once it is understood. The identified budget is an estimate by SCJ, but the <br />actual services will be billed on a Time and Materials basis and estimated to be below or equal to the estimated <br />amount. <br />Task 98 Additional Services <br />Often during a project, additional services are requested that were not part of the original scope. We have set <br />up this Additional Services phase for those requests.
