If <br />other applications are required, they will be added to this task on a time and material basis. <br />6) Small Works Bid Advertisement Support <br />♦ Bid Advertisement: SCJ will prepare a narrative bid advertisement for the Contractor to <br />understand the bid procedures. <br />♦ Respond to Bidders: We have estimated 4 hours of our time to respond to bidders' <br />questions and clarifications. <br />♦ Addendum: We have estimated 4 hours for creating and publishing an addendum if it is <br />necessary. <br />♦ Bid Opening: SCJ will assist the County with the formal opening and announcement of the <br />bid opening. SCJ will then create a bid tabulation to compare bid totals and unit costs.
