<br />Central Services Committee Bylaws- <br />December 4, 2024 Page 3 of 5 <br /> <br />ARTICLE 7: VOTING <br />The Chair or Vice-Chair may call for non-binding, advisory votes on any project issue or matter being <br />considered by CSC, which can be included in any report or recommendation provided to the BoCC <br />and/or the Management Team. <br />The Chair or Vice-Chair may call for votes regarding any CSC administrative or governance issue or <br />matter. <br />Each CSC member shall be entitled to one vote. Proxy voting is allowed. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 7: COUNTY PROSECUTOR/LEGAL REVIEW <br />The County Prosecuting Attorney’s CSC membership and involvement is for purposes of risk- <br />management assessment, and not for legal review. CSC recommendations or advisory input do not <br />imply legal approval, and any required legal review thereof shall be obtained outside of CSC <br />proceedings via legal-request procedures established by the Prosecutor’s Office. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 9: SUBCOMMITTEES <br />CSC may, from time to time, establish subcommittees or ad hoc committees; and define their <br />powers, duties, duration, and appoint their members. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 10: AMENDING THE BYLAWS <br />The bylaws may be amended by a favorable vote of at least 2/3 of the designated CSC members. <br /> <br />
