d. Timely and accurate financial reporting is required for fund management by Klttitas <br />County Department of Public Worts. Financial reporting requirements for all grant <br />awards are listed below; <br />1. Using Kittitas County Department of Public Works reporting forms, applicants <br />will submit project status reporting forms within fourteen (14) calendar days <br />from the end of the reporting quarter as specifled below: <br />o Quarter 1 ending date: March 318ro Quarter 2 ending date: June 30ho Quarter 3 ending date: September 30thr Quarter 4 ending date: December 31d <br />Recipients may submit reimburssment requests on a monthly basis on Kittltas <br />County Department of Public Works reporting forms. <br />2. Grant recipients who fail in meeting required reporting requlrements are <br />subject to having firndlrlg, l./.|!$Fld on th fifteenth (15s| dav followlnq <br />the end of the reoortlnq quarter. Failure in submittlng the required project <br />status reports (two conseoulive reporting cydes) may result in award <br />cancellaflon upon COG review. <br />3. Financial reporting forns shall be slgned by he identified grant official or <br />designee. <br />Section 3. PFrformance bv Fundlns RggJplent. <br />a. Funding Reclplent shall not (by contract, operatlon of law or otherwise) delegate or <br />subcontract performanoe of any Services to any other person or entity without the <br />prior wriften consent of the County. Any such delegation or subcontraetlng without <br />the Count/s priorwrltten consent shallbe voidable at the County's option. <br />b. Fundlng Reclplent shall at all times be an independent Funding Reciplent and not an <br />agent or representative of the Gounty wilh regard to performing the Servlces. <br />Funding Reoipient shall not represent that it is, or hotd ltself out as, an agent or <br />representative of the County. ln no event shall Funding Recipient be aufiorlzed to <br />enter into any Agreemsnt or undertaking for or on behalf of the Gounty. lt is <br />understood that the Funding Recipient and the Funding Recipient's stafr and <br />employees are not employees of the County ard are not, therefore, entltled to any <br />benefite provided employees of the County. <br />c. Funding Recipient shall comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, <br />regulations, orders, lieenses, permlts, and other requirements, now or hereafter in <br />effect, of any govemmental authority (including, but not limited to, such requirements <br />as may be imposed upon the County and appllcable to SeMces). Funding Recipient <br />shatl fumish such documents as may be requlred to effect or evldenoe such <br />compliance.
