7.4 Obtain approval of all governmental authorities for the PROJECT, and approvals and consents from other individuals as necessary for completion of the PROJECT. This PROJECT is a distribution system improvement and does not require independent Washington State Department of Health (DOH) review and approval, as a result of having design and construction standards as part of the TOVVN's DOH -approved Water System Plan. 7.5 Pay for advertising, notices, or other publications as may be required. 7.6 Pay for all necessary permits and testing fees not paid by the Contractor. Plans, and Specifications (ft0%. %, and Jbill VOA described in Item 4.0 Final Design, Plans, and Specifications (60%, 90%, and Final) within the Scope of Services afore shall begin upon completion of Item 3.0 and be completed as follows: 4.1 60% Submittal - Sixty (60) working days from receipt of TOWN review comments on 30% submittal. 4.2 9016 Submittal - Thirty (30) working days from receipt of TOWN review comments on 60% submittal. 4.3 Firml PS$E - Thirty (30) working days from receipt of TOWN review comments on 90% submittal. FEE FOR SERVICES: For the services furnished by HLA as described within this Task Order, the TOWN agrees to pay HLA the fees as set forth herein.
