Final submittal package including design plans, design specifications, and opinion of <br />construction costs <br />6.0 Siddino Services <br />The following services shall be provided for up to two (2) separate bid packages. It is anticipated that <br />partial construction funding may be secured to construct one phase of the Townwide water system <br />replacement Design plans will be prepared and organized to facilitate such phasing. <br />5.1 Provide three (3) printed copies of contract documents to the TOWN. <br />5.2 Provide electronic files of plans and specifications for use by the TOWN in bid advertisement. <br />All bid advertisement fees to be paid by the TOWN. <br />5.3 Submit bid advertisement to the Northern Kittitas County Tribune and other publications as <br />directed by the Town. Town will pay for all advertising fees. <br />5.4 Post contract plans and specifications to the HLA website for bidding purposes. <br />5.5 Create and maintain plenholders list during bid process. <br />5.6 Answer questions and/or supply such information as is requested by prospective bidders. <br />5.7 Prepare and issue addenda, if necessary. <br />5.8 Participate in the bad opening, evaluate bids, prepare bid tabulation, and make <br />recommendation of award. <br />Assumptkms. <br />A. A Task Order Amendment for Construction Engineering and Administration services will <br />be prepared for TOWN approval consideration during the bid process. <br />6.0 Additional Servicea <br />Provide professional engineering services for additional work requested by the TOWN that is not Included <br />in this Task Order. <br />7.0 Items to be 1=umished and Be <br />nonsibility of the TOWN <br />The TOWN will provide or perform the following: <br />7.1 Provide full Information as to TOWN requirements for the PROJECT. <br />7.2 Provide all available information pertinent to the PROJECT relative to completion of design <br />and construction of the PROJECT. <br />7.3 Examine all documents presented by HLA and provide written decisions within a reasonable <br />time so as not to delay the work of HLA.
