A CRA <br />Is not included in this Task Order. <br />3,0Pratiminery Enalneertna Do -elan 134 j1 <br />3.1 Coordinate and facilitate a Kick -Off Meeting with the TOWN. PROJECT team will be defined <br />at Kick -Off Meeting and will include TOWN personnel. <br />3.2 Perform field investigations necessary to design the identified Improvements. <br />3.3 Call in field locates to confirm existing utility horizontal locations. No excavations will occur by <br />HLA to determine vertical locations. <br />3.4 Review available plat maps, docurnents, and surveys to identify public right-of-way widths, <br />easements, and other identified encumbrances. No title reports are anticipated to be ordered. <br />If required, title reports will be ordered by HLA and paid for by the TOWN. <br />3.5 Conduct a topographic surrey of the PROJECT area as required to complete design, plans, <br />and specifications. <br />3.6 Conduct a supplemental topographic survey of the PROJECT with Drone to identify and <br />obtain horizontal surface features, and to provide current aerial imagery. <br />3.7 Perform review of public and private utilities Including TOWN stormwater, domestic water, <br />and sanitary sewer, Puget Sound Energy, Inland Telephone, Lumen, Charter <br />Communications, and fiber optic lines to determine general locations and size of facilities. <br />3.8 Notify private utility companies of improvements and advise of PROJECT schedule. <br />3.9 Follow up with each private utility company within one (1) month after initial contact <br />3.10 Coordinate with private utilities for up to six (6) one -hour in -person meetings. <br />3.11 Create and distribute meeting minutes to TOWN and private utilities from ail utility <br />word€natlon meetings. <br />3.12 Review preliminary plans with TOWN. Identify TOWN utilities that may conflict with <br />PROJECT improvements, and consideration of relocations and/or rehabilitation. <br />3.13 Verify preliminary design elements in fold against existing features. <br />3.14 Prepare updated TOWN water system hydraulic model. Provide fire flow capacity results to <br />TOWN for review. <br />3.15 Prepare 30% preliminary plans.
