TASK ORDER NO, 202"1 <br />REGARDING GENERAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF SOUTH CLE SLUM <br />AND <br />HLA ENGINEERING AND LAND SURVEYING, INC. (HLA) <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br />Townwide Water main Replacement <br />HL.A Project No. 25039E <br />The Town of South Cie Eium (TOWN) would like to replace the aged and undersized water main <br />throughout the entire town. This project is identified in the TOWN's 2022 Water System Plan as a <br />recommended system improvement. These water mains will be upsized and/or replaced with industry <br />standard pipe material to improve both system hydraulics and available tyre flow. Construction will include <br />new water main, gate valves, water service connections, fire hydrants, and surfacing repair. <br />The TOWN has been awarded Kittitas County - Distressed County Sales and Use Tax Grant funds <br />necessary to complete engineering design and related work for the above Improvements. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES: <br />At the direction of the TOWN, HLA shall provide professional enginewing services for the Townwide <br />Water Main Replacement (PROJECT). HLA services shall include the following. <br />1.0 Prolect Management and. Administration <br />1.1 Provide complete PROJECT management to deliver PROJECT within mutually determined <br />expectations. <br />1.2 Provide monthly status reports and invoices for work performed. <br />1.3 Prepare and maintain PROJECT schedule, to be updated monthly or as otherwise requested <br />by the TOWN. <br />1.4 Maintain project files for TOWN review. <br />1.5 Complete monthly funding reimbursement requests for the TOWN's review and submission. <br />1.6 Attend and present PROJECT updates at up to four (4) Town Council meetings. <br />Phase 1.0 Deliverables: <br />A, Monthly project status reports and invois for work performed <br />B. Monthly project schedule update <br />C.
