<br />Reclpients must comply wlth the requlrements of Title lX of the Educatlon Amendments of 1972, Pub. L, 92-318 (1972)

<br />Reoipients must comply with the requirements of the Energy Pollcy and Conservation Act, Pub, L. 94- 163 (1 975) (codlfled as
<br />amended at 42 U.S.C. section 6201 et seq,), whlch oontaln polloles relatlng to energy efficiency that are defined in the state
<br />energy conseryation plan lssued in compliance with this Act.

<br />All reoipients are required to be non-delinquent in their repayment of any federal debt, Examples of relevant debt include
