Part 180 as adopted by DHS at 2 C.F.R, Part 3002. These regulations restrict <br />federal flnancial assistanoe awards, subaward$, and oontracts with certaln partles that are debarred, suspended, or otherwlse <br />excluded from or inellgible for partlcipatlon in federal assistanoe programs or aotivities. <br />Article XV. Drug-Free Workplace Regulations <br />Recipients must comply with drug{ree workplace requlrements ln Subpart B (or Subpart C, if the reclpient is an lndividual) of 2 <br />C. F.
