Aspect has budgeted up to 8 hours to review and address Ecology comments, then prepare a final ROE for Ecology's apploval. The approved ROB will then be subject to a 30-day public comrnent period, fbllowing a 30-day appeal period. Following the 30-day appeal period, Aspect will assist the County with tracking and coordination with Ecology of thc pcrmit issuancc following completion of the draft ROh, through public comrnent and appeal periods. Under Plrase 2.1 Aspect has budgeted for up to 3 virtual meetings rvith F,cology and/or the County, For budgcting purposes, we have assumed that the County will take the lead on any SEPA related efforts. Cost Breakdown: Aspect understands that a local landovvner (Mr. Jansen) has agreed to enter itrto a cost sharc agreement with the County to process the subject application through Ecology's Cost Reinrbursement Program. As such, Aspect proposes the following phase costs and budget for eaoh pafty in Table I below. Table l. We have prepared this scope basecl on similar assessmenls performed in the past and will advise the County of progress as key milestones ale reached in the scope above in the event unforeseen issues arise.
