KITFIiTAS COIJATTTY <br />DEP ARTMENT OF PUBTIC WORKS <br />In the event that information beyond Aspect's control is delayed (e.g,, public records request <br />from Ecology, public comments requiring additional technical analysis), Aspect will coordinate <br />r,vith the County on appropriate schedule and budget responscs. <br />Aspect relies on public records and records provided by Ecology fbr our work. Ecology records <br />disslosure often includes GIS rnapping of water rights bounds. fJnless a marked difference is <br />identified in the rnapping between Ecology's rccord and the Seller's records, Aspect will rely ott <br />Ecology's interpretation of the legal descrlption for the purpose ol our analysis. The County may <br />request manual rc-mapping of all water right attributes per the legal description for an additional <br />cost. <br />Aspect envisions no lrtore than fbur coordination meetings necessary between Ecology and the <br />County, along lvith regttlar email check-ins on project status. <br />Project Schedule: Aspect anticipatcs to complete the project by December,2A25.
