GPSCpDES ... TO Iit CO L
t
F4p Bt9
KITTITAS COUNTY
KZTTZTAS CO
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
In the event that information beyond Aspect's control is delayed (e.g., public records request
from Ecology, public comments requiring additional technical analysis), Aspect will coordinate
with the County on appropriate schedule and budget responses.
Aspect relies on public records and records provided by Ecology for our work. Ecology records
disclosure often includes GIS mapping of water rights bounds. Unless a marked difference is
identified in the mapping between Ecology's record and the Seller's records, Aspect will rely on
Ecology's interpretation of the legal description for the purpose of our analysis. The County may
request manual re -mapping of all water right attributes per the legal description for an additional
cost.
Aspect envisions no more than four coordination meetings necessary between Ecology and the
County, along with regular email check -ins on project status.
Project Schedule: Aspect anticipates completing the project by December, 2025. However,
Aspect cannot fully predict schedule given the public nature of the project, the multitude of
public agencies involved, or Ecology's review time and will work with the County to coordinate
schedule modifications as appropriate.
Agency Signature:
Date:
Consultant Signature: Date:
