Staff will add this client and allergy to a list that is accessible when preparing and <br />distributing meals. <br />2. Meal Preparation and Serving Protocol <br />. Clear Labeling: All meals served at CWS will be clearly labeled with common allergens, <br />such as dairy, peanuts, gluten, or shellfish.
