Supportive Service Coordination: Contractor must collaborate with community partners <br />to increase CWS client access/referrals to support services for physical health and <br />disabilities, trauma support, mental health treatment, and substance use treatment. <br />Additional partnerships to assist with meeting basic client needs (such as government <br />benefit applications, food support, transportation, clothing and personal care supplies) <br />are also encouraged. <br />
