Planning Commission reviewed the docketed request on August 13a', 2024, at the <br />public meeting. Kittitas County Community Development Services Director <br />provided a summary of this request, and that Kittitas County Dept. of Public Works <br />will attend the September 10th, 2024, hearing to present the docketed request. <br />3. August 13a', 2024, at the public meeting, the Planning Commission briefly reviewed <br />and had general discussions regarding the requested changes. <br />4. Planning Commission finds that a sepa threshold determination of non -significance <br />(DNS) was issued with comments submitted regarding Docket 2024-09. <br />5. Planning Commission finds that a sepa threshold determination of non -significance <br />(DNS) was issued for the 2024 annual docket cycle with no timely appeals filed. <br />6. The Planning Commission finds there was no public testimony in opposition to the <br />proposal. <br />7. The Planning Commission finds that Kittitas County Department of Public Works <br />presented the changes and reasons behind the proposal. <br />8. A Single Motion was presented for the following: <br />• strike the proposed new language (2" paragraph) under KCC 12.04.04.050 <br />Private Roads. <br />• add language to the proposed Engineer's Certificate Report language #3. to <br />read as follows: "I Private Road maintenance agreement for newly developed <br />Property <br />• strike the proposed language Engineer's Certificate Report language #4. <br />• accept the changes to Table 12.04.04-1. <br />• strike 12.04.04.090 F. 2. <br />• accept 12.04.07.090 Driveway Access Predating the adoption of the Road <br />Development Standards. <br />• accept the striking of the word mylar under 12.04.10.050 H. <br />• accept the proposed striking under 12.05.02.070 L. <br />9. On September 10 h, 2024, at the public hearing the Planning Commission voted 3-0 <br />recommending approval, as the motion was presented, to the Board of County <br />Commissioners based on the information submitted with 1 abstention due to a lack of <br />knowledge on this item. <br />10.On September 11'h, 2024, the Planning Commission re -open Docket 2024-09 for <br />further consideration. <br />11. On September 110, 2024, at the public hearing the Planning Commission, after <br />further discussion, re -voted 4-0 recommending approval of Docket No. 2024-09 to <br />the Board of County Commissioners based on the information submitted in the <br />record. <br />12.
