On September 10'h, 2024, at the public hearing the Planning Commission voted 4-0 recommending approval with the elimination of language "as determined by the department" in Section B, C, & E to the Board of County Commissioners based on the information submitted in the record. 13. On September 11'', 2024, the Planning Commission approved the Findings of Facts for Docket Number 2024-10.
