To the above, the costs of any changes in a Contractor's Liability lnsurance arising <br />directly from changed Work may be added. <br />(2) Bond <br />To the above, the cost of the additional premium for the Contractor's bond arising <br />directly from the changed work may be added. Upon request, the Contractor shall <br />provide the Owner with supporting documentation from its insurer or surety. <br />g. Deductive Changes <br />Items a,b, c, d, and f will be itemized for deleted changes in the Work. <br />h. Additive Changes and Deductive Changes Together <br />(1) lf a change in the Work involves both additive and deductive changes, the <br />appropriate Fee amount allowed will be added to the net difference of items a, b, <br />c, and d. <br />(2) lf other additive changed items are included in the same change proposal, the <br />appropriate Fee allowed is to be applied to these individual changed items. <br />7.3.LLADD the following subparagraph: Overhead is defined as costs for all non- <br />craft labor, temporary construction facilities, field engineering, schedule updating, <br />as-built drawings, home office cost, B&O taxes, office engineering, estimating costs, <br />small tools, safety, insurance and any other cost incidental to the change in the <br />Work. <br />ARTICLE 8 - TIME <br />8.2.3 The project must be substantially complete and ready for Owner within 450 <br />calendar days of Notice to Proceed. <br />The Owner will incur serious and substantial special, incidental and consequential <br />damages if Substantial Completion does not occur within the Contract Time. <br />8.2.4 Liquidated Damages. Consequently, provisions for liquidated <br />damages are included below. The Owner's right to liquidated damages is not <br />affected by partial completion, occupancy, or beneficial occupancy.
