SECTION 00 00 04 <br />BID PROPOSAL FORM ADDENDUM NO. 9 <br />FOR: Kittitas County — Lower Valley Transfer Station <br />TO: Kittitas County Board of <br />Commissioners 205 W. <br />5th Ave., Suite 108 <br />Ellensburg, Washington 98926-2887 <br />EXAMINATION OF DOCUMENTS: <br />A. Having carefully examined all Bidding Documents entitled Lower Valley <br />Transfer Station dated June 18, 2024, as prepared by SCS Engineers, <br />as well as the site and local conditions affecting the work, the <br />undersigned proposes to perform all work in accordance with the <br />Contract Documents for a compensation to he computed from the <br />enclosed bid amounts. <br />B. Receipt of Addenda numbered �to is hereby acknowledged. <br />2. COMPLETION OF SID PROPOSAL: <br />A. Fallow all bidding procedures and other requirements of Instructions to <br />Bidders, Supplementary Instructions to Bidders and all Contract <br />Documents. <br />3. Contractor shall provide State of Washington contractor license and <br />classification. <br />License Classification: <br />License No. <br />4. BID SECURITY: Bid Security as required by Bidding Documents is attached <br />to this Sid Proposal Form in the amount of 5% of Base Bid. <br />5.
