C. if the undersigned fails to complete the above requirements, total <br />amount of Bid Security shall be forfeited to the Owner. <br />6. CONTRACT TIME: <br />A. Work shall be substantially complete and ready for Owner's use within <br />450 calendar days of Notice to Proceed. <br />B. Liquidated Damages.
