Shall include a top and bottom rail. <br />The bid schedule calls for 28501f of chain link fence and 10 gates. The plan page C3 only shows 4 <br />gates (2 - 20'wide double swing gates). The scale may be off, I'm getting a total of 3,9101f total of <br />The 6' high chain link fence w/ tan slats are for the perimeter site fencing and <br />the fence. Please clarify where the 6 missing gates are located and what kind of gates are <br />shall be galvanized. <br />7/26/2024 <br />71 <br />needed(single swings, double swings, roll gates, etc.) <br />Section 32 31 13 -Chain Link, fencing, and Gates is for fencing at the MAW <br />Regarding the specifications, they call for a black fence with can privacy slats. This is something that is not <br />required for this occupancy type and is very costly. Is this being mandated? <br />Also, two of the bldgs (scale and Admin) don't even require a fire alarm system as well. I'm all for <br />going above and beyond what's needed but wanted to make sure. Maybe on those two bldgs we <br />The Hazardous area is within the MRW building where this general note lives. <br />could put in remote annunciators to save money. Just a thought if FA is not needed. <br />Refer to sheet 0 A001 (Scope of work, paragraph (2)). <br />There are also things called out in the spec that are not on the drawings, c, elevator shutdowns, <br />The fire alarm notifies the people to evacuate. The contractor shall put zero for <br />1. Addendum 3 clarified that the Recycling Area is paved with asphalt, but Bid Item 39 for the area <br />Bid Item #39. <br />calls for a'Concrete Pad'. What is included in this bid item? <br />2. One steel ramp is required on the east and west end of the Recycling drop- <br />-- <br />7(29)2024 <br />IS <br />2. We could not find a call out for this <br />ramp, but have assumed that it was meant to be ADA access for the modular building? <br />3.
