Parametrik Scope of Work <br />Deliverables <br />Draft and Final Environmental Monitoring Reports forthe First, Second and Third Quarters af 2A24. <br />The quarterly data will be submitted to Ecology's EIM database. <br />Draft and Final Environmental MonitoringAnnual Report far 2A24. The final report will be submitted <br />by April 1,,2A25. The data for Fourth Quarter 2024 will be submitted to Ecology's EIM database <br />following submittal of the final annual report. <br />The Environmental Monitoring Reports will include: <br />e Laboratory reports and field data sheets <br />r A data validation summary report <br />r Tabulated groundwater results <br />r Time-series plots <br />. Static water level measurements and potentiometric surface rnaps <br />o Groundwater flow velocity calculations <br />r A summary of statistical comparisons in accordance with the Draft SAP <br />o Geochemical evaluation, including cation-anion balancing and trilinear and/or stiff <br />diagraming noting any changes or trends in water chemistry for each well <br />r LFG Monitoring Sheets <br />r Tabulated LFG monitoring data suitable for quarterly reporting <br />A draft and final summary letter report detailing the Balefill gas vent modifications <br />-'fa.s3e 3 3 - 3*F& $$.te $paeaffic 3*g# Sarrap"{ing :fatr l$ffi# <br />&ppliaatfon {New} <br />Objective <br />Based upon initial review of the LPL as part of the NOC application with Department of Ecolog!, a <br />Tier 2 analysis of landfill gas genemtion from the LPL wiil be required. This results from <br />Toxic/Hazardous Air Pollutants {TAPs/HAPs) being above the Small Quantity Emissions Rate {SQER) <br />and Acceptable Source lmpact Level (ASIL), per the LandGEM modeling. lt is believed that the <br />speciation and generalion rate calculated by the LandGEM modeling is overestimating these values <br />and thus not representative of the actual gas generation by the LPL This work is being included to <br />provide Tier 2 analysis of the LPL and will generate a sitespecific characterization of the landfill gas <br />generation from the LPL that will be utilized to modify the NOC application Oask O7). <br />Kittitas Coung Solid Waste <br />Ryegrass LPL and Future Uses <br />Amendment 02 <br />6 <br />55&1763010 <br />June2,A24
