I'l.4ieln:i,"t'ru;;:i:trtcri <br />{Ai'evir} <br />Objective <br />The goal of this task is to perform, coordinate, conduct, and report for the 2024 environmental <br />monitoring at the Ryegrass Facility for the Balefill and the LPL in accordance with the updated <br />Environmental Monitoring Plan and WAC 173351and WAC 173-350-400. This work will be <br />performed through the 2024 annual environmental monitoring report due to agencies by April 1, <br />2425. <br />S,ctivities <br />For this task we will complete the following: <br />. Project management and monthly progress reports <br />r Coordinate with HWA regarding groundwater monitoring <br />r Collect quarterly LFG measurements from 17 perimeter monitoring locations surrounding the <br />LPL (GM-1thru GM-8) and the Balefill (GMB-Ithru GMB-9) in accordance with the Draft LFG <br />Monitoring Plan <br />r Modify the 26 Balefill gas vents to add a ball valve and labcock valve forsampling <br />c Collect quarterly LFG measurements from the 26 gas vents of the Balefill in accordance with <br />the Draft LFG Monitoring Plan <br />r Conduct follow-up actions in accordance with the Draft LFG Monitoring Plan if necessary <br />r Tabulate and report LFG concentrations to regulatory agencies <br />r Tabulate and perform data validation on quarterly groundwater monitoring data <br />. Upload data into the Sanitas@ software program and perform analysis consistent with the <br />SAP <br />e Prepare a report for each of the First, Second, and Third quarters. <br />r Prepare groundwater data for submittal into Ecology's Environmental lnformation <br />Management {ElM) database. <br />. Coordinate with field staff and review sampling documentation and procedures. <br />r Coordinate with agencies regarding quarterly groundwater and landfill gas results. <br />. Prepare the 2O24 annual environmental monitoring report. The annual report will include <br />evaluatingthe data in accordance with the statistical approach presented in the Draft SAP <br />and2oZ3Annual Report <br />Kiuitas County Solid Waste <br />Hyegrass LPL and Future Uses <br />Amendment 02 <br />5 <br />553-1763'010 <br />)une2A24
