ParametriX Scope of Work <br />"Ectivities <br />Preparation and execution of a site-specific work plan for the sampling of landfill gas generated by <br />the LPL. This will include work plan development by Parametrix staff as well as conespondence with <br />EcoloS/ to address comments prior to execution of the work plan. Execution of the sampling will be <br />performed by Parametrix with laboratory analysis of the samples performed by a third-party <br />laboratory. <br />Deliverables <br />r One draft and one final sampling work plan. <br />r Laboratory reports of gas sampling <br />S,ssurnptions <br />r Work plan will require one instance of comments and review by Department of Ecology. <br />r Execution of work plan will occur within one 1O-hour workday plus travel. <br />o Parametrix staff will execute the field work <br />r Additional analysis and modification to the NOC application will be completed under the <br />existing Task 7 scope and budget. <br />?as3q : Fg\ffiJL - ffi\erJ& Geqp$e$emces, Ke'uc" <br />trctivities <br />Provide input regarding processes for mixing suitable borrow soils for use in the Phase 1 <br />Closure <br />Review available information regarding bonow soils to be available from construction at the <br />new Kifritas Transfer Station. <br />e Perform one site visit to the Kittitas Transfer Station and Ryegrass LPL for observation of the <br />proposed borrow materials <br />.
