Post permit <br />changes can be provided at additional cost on an hourly basis. <br />Our scope of services and resulting fees are based on the following scope: <br />• Exterior/interior concrete panel cracking repairs. <br />o Coordination with KNIT. Structural drawings are not anticipated, but we will <br />support KNIT with notes/sketches. Up to 16 hours anticipated. <br />• Jail Entry Doors. <br />o Coordination with KNIT. Structural drawings are not anticipated, but we will <br />support KNIT with notes/sketches. Up to 8 hours anticipated. <br />• Mop room/kitchen wall repairs. <br />o Coordination with KNIT. Structural drawings are not anticipated, but we will <br />support KNIT with notes/sketches. Up to 4 hours anticipated. <br />• Rec Yard topping slab. <br />o Coordination with KNIT. Structural drawings are not anticipated, but we will <br />support KNIT with notes/sketches. Up to 4 hours anticipated. <br />• Annex slab on grade repairs. <br />o Coordination with KNIT. Structural drawings are not anticipated, but we will <br />support KNIT with notes/sketches. Up to 4 hours anticipated. <br />• Annex railing extension. <br />o Coordination with KNIT. Structural drawings are not anticipated, but we will <br />support KNIT with notes/sketches. Up to 8 hours anticipated. <br />• Annex control booth enclosure. <br />o Review of architectural pre -design options. Up to 8 hours anticipated. <br />o Coordination with KNIT.
