Anchorage to support <br />structure to be bidder designed. Any structural upgrades will be shown on <br />structural drawings/details. <br />• Maximum of two site visits during design for coordination and to observe existing <br />conditions as needed. <br />• Virtual team coordination meetings as needed throughout design phase (8 meeting <br />assumed). <br />• Construction phase service to include submittal review, structural observation site <br />visits and answering contractor questions. One structural observation site visit is <br />anticipated. <br />• Design schedule is anticipated through end of 2024 and construction phase is <br />anticipated to be 12 months. <br />• Record drawings can be provided on an hourly basis. <br />FEES <br />Our fee proposal for the Structural Engineering services on the above -referenced project is <br />as follows: <br />• Design Phase <br />• CA <br />$ 26,000 <br />16,000 <br />Total $ 42,000 <br />Billing will be on a percentage of completion basis.
