Assumptions/Qualifiers 1. We assume we will be provided AutoCAD (or Revit) compatible backgrounds of the building. 2. We assume that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing as-builts will be provided to us, and that they are reasonably accurate. 3. Fire sprinkler systems will be covered by a performance specification and drawing notes with final with design by the installing contractor. 4. Electrical metering of existing loads is not included. 5. We assume that any design phase meetings will be the virtual type.
