Our design phase work is complete after submitting for permit and resolving permit comments <br />related to our scope. <br />7. No structural engineering or design of seismic anchorage for MEP systems is included in our scope <br />(these can be specified as bidder designed where not covered by the structural engineer or others). <br />8. Commissioning specifications and services are not included in our scope. <br />9. Attendance at any pre -bid or pre -construction meetings is not included. <br />10. Preparation of as-builts is not included. <br />11. If we are not retained for construction phase services (site visits, submittal reviews, RFI responses, <br />etc.), claims shall be waived that might have been prevented had we provided such services. <br />12. Hazardous materials work (survey, evaluation, reports, abatement, etc.) is not included in our <br />scope. <br />13. If there are Owner or tenant standards we are to adhere to, we will be provided those in writing <br />prior to us starting our design. <br />14.
