There was a minimum of 696 <br />visits (per zip code entry) to the UKcPioneerDays.org website wrth the 764 new user <br />visits during the Pioneer Days event window (Google Analytics) -- 72.Bolo of visilors <br />were using a mobile device - which I believe is due to the inclusion of a QR Code <br />linking to the Pioneer Days website on the canned water that we distributed for <br />FREE during the Pioneer Days everlt on July '1. All businesses and events were <br />given the opportunity to distribute Pioneer Days branded water {canned through a <br />padnership with Dru Bru). CEDA had an event engagement of 4,319 fronr June 25, <br />2423 - July 8, 2023. This is an increase ot 2,249 as compared to last year's data. <br />Overa{l Attendance: <br />All rooms at hotels within a S-mile radius of Downtown Cle Elum were booked out for <br />the night. Additionally, we had an rncrease af over 524/o traffic on the CEDA websites <br />(as compared to like data from 2022}. We were able to partner with Dru Bru in a <br />FREE water campaign, addressing issues about lack of water from previous years. <br />Taking into consideration the physical counts that we have done in year's prior, alorrg <br />with attendance information from other Pioneer Days sub-evenis -- we can say with <br />some certain{y ihat numbers were up approximately 10% as compared lo 2022. <br />Going off of our zrp code entries (opt. online pop-up) 3olo of the entries were out-of- <br />state zip codes, including, AL, AZ, CA, FL, lD, Ml, MT, NV, TN, & VA. Overall, 33% of <br />entries were outside of a S0-mile radius of Cle Elum. This leaves a statistical <br />probability of approx. 1,425 visitors, from outside of the s0-mile radius. <br />We are expecting this trend to continue through other events and activiiies, sr.rch as <br />Boo-Elum and Christrnas in Cle Elum this year. <br />2500 cliaracler 1:'iit
