Future Plans *As Patriot Night Under the Lights grows as an established annual event, we expect the event attendees io increase as we move back to a Thursday date ancl into the weekend days for a few years. We have the capacity to triple our attendance as we proceed, so by making this a desired and memorable eveni we can become self- sustaining just by increased ticket sales. However, as the event g.ows it also becomes more marketabie to major sponsors and we work with a Sponsorship Consullant that specializes in event sponsorships to assist in generating that funding each year. Additional lnformation Tickets are sold at a fair and reasonable price compared to other musicai concerts and events in order to encourage concert attendance. Having a website with our ticketing platform integrated into it assists in increased ticket sales through ease of finding all event info and process of purchasing aii in one place. We also provide ticket discounts for our active military and vete.ans as we salute them for all they do and have done for our country. A small flat fee is charged to the local vendors we invile to have a space at our event. so it's a great incentive for them to prolit from most of their sales. This is another great way Patriot Night Under the Lights conlinues to support our local economy, organizaiions, and businesses! Rodeo City Rollergirls have continued to put together a badending crew io serve in our beverage gardens the last couple events. lt seems to have served as a great fundraiserfor them and they do such a greatjob!
