Application Questions: Part 3 <br />4l Collaboration <br />lf your organization collaborates or has created partnerships with other organizations, groups. or othef events, how is ti')is <br />accornplished? <br />4.1 Collaboration *Currently, we have valuable partnerships with both community groups, as well as <br />regional and corporate sponsors. Our rnajor sponso.s we look to have back for the <br />2023 event include King Beverage and Legends Casino Hotel. We've also found <br />success in local trade partnerships with KXDD radao, Windy Chevrolet, and the <br />Hampton lnn of Ellensburg to help support ou. event operatlons and marketing. Qur <br />community partners are valuable as some also provide a needed volunteer effort to <br />heip run our event and set special dispiays. These groups rnclude the Kittitas County <br />Fair Board, Ellensburg Rodeo Posse, Eilensburg Rodeo Royal Courl, Rodeo City <br />Roller Girls, National Guard, and Antique Military Vehicles Club. We are also <br />thankful to all our firsl respcnder volunteer help that ensures we all have a safe and <br />fun time tlrroughout the concert and fireworks show. Through the marketing agency, we were able to increase our <br />inleractions with other local small businesses and reslaurants on social posts to help <br />cross promote one another. We also had success in cross promolion trade urith a <br />local boutique. Flirt, who shared some phoioshoot prociucts with us to use in <br />advertising after we provided them with the conceri venue to conduct their <br />photoshoot.
