4.1 Collaboration * <br />4.2 Promoting Local <br />*t'USrness <br />As mentioned, Pioneer Days is not a single event produced by one entity. <br />Throughout the spring and summer we are meeting with the following: <br />City of Cle Elum <br />Cle Elum Downtown Association <br />Dru Bru <br />Cle Elum Fire Department <br />Upper Kittitas County Basketball Club <br />Upper Kittitas County Youth Baseball and Sofiball Association <br />Boss of the Toss Cornhole <br />ln the event that we add on the tasting area, we will be working on additional <br />partnerships with local breweries. <br />2500 character limit <br />Oescr,be trow you will promote lodging establishlnents, restauranls. and irusiness located in Kittitas County <br />We will continue to use www.centralwashingtonoutdoor to promote Kittitas County <br />events. Within lhat page we can encourage travelers to explore accommodations, <br />dining options, and other activities lo do while in Kittitas County. <br />Our digital marketing agency will create specific blog and social media posts <br />featuring the activities of Pioneer Days as well as dining options and local activities <br />to participate in. This will begin in May and continue through the event. <br />The event is already listed in our Kittitas County Visitor's guide produced by lhe <br />Chamber of Commerce. ln addition there are specific features highlighting Cle Elum, <br />Roslyn, and oiher areas of "upper county." The visitor's guide is available in print <br />copy and digitally as well. <br />We wift continue to work closely with CEDA to promoie all aspects ot the Pioneer <br />Days Celebraiion. This year the Pioneer Days Parade will be handled by CEDA and <br />will provide whatever assistance we can as they take on the parade. <br />We actively recruit local talent for ou. stage as well as technical expertise.
