Response 3: <br />Measuring Results* <br />Describe how you will promote your evenuaclivitylfacilily lo altract lourists <br />- List the event in online event calendars regionally and with statewide arts <br />supporiers like NWPB.org and others <br />- Work collaboratively with other community / semiprofessional theaters in the region <br />to promote ihe event <br />- Advertise the event regionally (with a focus on Chelan, Yakima, Grant and King <br />Counties) at appropriate venues {which may include online community boards, radio <br />ads, displays at events or venues, or other marketing opportunities as appropriate). <br />- Link to the County Tourism Website <br />- Link to the Chamber of Commerce <br />- Add event to the local 2024 visitors guide <br />- Use branding logo, fonts and credit the support received on our website, Facebook <br />page, etc. <br />- Link io county accommodations and restaurant opportunities. <br />Develop Experience Partner "packages" with local businesses - i.e. restaurants. <br />hotels for "dinner and a play" or a "weekend stay and play" to cross-promote with <br />local businesses and encourage more overnight guests. <br />For this show, we are also planning an extra audience engagement event, a <br />"Princess Tea", to bring in families, especially those with young children to have "tea" <br />and photo opportunities with the cast and crew of the show- Princess and Prince <br />costumes are encouraged for attendees.
