We <br />have written this proposal letter such that it can simply be signed by a Kittitas <br />County representative and represent our full agreement, or it can be used as an <br />attachment to a more formal Kittitas County form of agreement if preferred. <br />Project Understanding <br />Our proposal is based on the information you and Kady Porterfield provided to us <br />during our conversation on February 26th, 2024. Meeting minutes from that <br />conversation are included as Attachment A to this proposal letter and represent <br />our current understanding of the project. <br />Project Tasks and Deliverables <br />The project will be approached in two phases. Phase 1, which this proposal letter <br />defines, will include restarting the previous project, establishing updated <br />electronic files compatible with our current software, studying options for <br />maximizing the available budget, updating visual graphic depictions as needed, <br />and completing the Design development Phase to 50%.
